Who is HostelX for?

Hostel administrators, wardens, and operations staff who need a dependable way to track residence life—from bed assignments to daily attendance and billing status. It fits hostels, student housing, boarding houses, staff residences, PG accommodations, and university halls.

Do I need a payment card for the free trial?

No. New eligible hostels receive a 14-day trial with Basic limits (up to 50 residents) after account activation, so you can evaluate HostelX before purchasing.

How do packages work?

Packages are priced by resident capacity: Basic (50) from $15/month or $129/year, Business (150) from $35/month or $299/year, and Pro (400) from $69/month or $599/year. For larger or multi-hostel needs, email support@rubicsoft.com for a Custom quote.

Does HostelX support NFC attendance?

Yes. HostelX includes NFC-ready attendance workflows so entrances and presence can be recorded accurately without paper roll calls.

Which platforms are supported?

HostelX includes a web portal and supported apps (including Android package com.rubicsoft.hostelx). Available features may vary by role and device.

How are web payments processed?

Web card payments are handled securely by our payment partner as Merchant of Record. HostelX does not store your full card details on its servers.

How do I get support?
