To request deletion of your HostelX hostel account and associated data, email support@rubicsoft.com from the registered hostel admin email with subject “HostelX account deletion”.
We will verify ownership and delete or anonymize hostel data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.
