These Terms of Service govern your use of HostelX, a RubicSoft product for hostel operations. By accessing or using HostelX, you agree to these terms.

Service Scope

HostelX provides tools for room and bed management, resident and guardian records, attendance and meal tracking, rent status, notifications, and related reporting features.

Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the platform, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload or transmit unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with service operation, infrastructure, or security controls.

Data Responsibility

You are responsible for data entered by your hostel organization and for obtaining required permissions or consent from residents/guardians where applicable.

Availability and Changes

We work to keep HostelX available and reliable, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. We may improve, modify, or discontinue features as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostelX is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or for security and legal reasons.
