Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms apply to paid plans and trials for HostelX.

Plans and Billing

HostelX packages are priced by resident capacity:

• Basic — up to 50 residents ($15/month or $129/year).
• Business — up to 150 residents ($35/month or $299/year).
• Pro — up to 400 residents ($69/month or $599/year).
• Custom — larger or multi-hostel setups; apply by emailing support@rubicsoft.com.

• Plan pricing and included features are also shown in the app at the time of purchase.
• Billing may be processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another approved billing channel.
• Applicable taxes and fees may be added depending on your region and billing provider.

Auto-Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Cancellation

• For App Store and Google Play purchases, cancellation is managed through your store account settings.
• For direct billing, cancellation must be requested before the next renewal date.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise required by law.

Refunds

Refunds are governed by the policy of the billing provider used for the purchase (for example, Apple or Google). For direct billing, refunds are handled according to your contract terms and applicable law.

Plan Changes

We may update pricing or plan features. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required.
