What’s included

Product: TokenX — digital queue / token management SaaS (software only; no physical goods).

Billing model: Per-company yearly subscription. One payment unlocks all platforms for that company.

Free trial: New companies receive a 90-day free trial after account activation.

Who can buy: Only the company administrator may purchase or renew for the company.

Web payments: Card payments on the TokenX portal are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record (tax/VAT handled by Paddle).

Use TokenX during the free trial

When ready, the administrator opens Subscribe in the web portal and pays by card, or subscribes in the Android / iOS / Windows app

After payment, the same company subscription unlocks web and all apps — you do not need to pay twice

Taxes, refunds, and cancellations

Prices above are listed in USD. Applicable taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout by Paddle or the app store.

Because TokenX includes a substantial free trial, web and store purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Paddle / app-store policy.
