Hospital queue management FAQ

Can TokenX manage multiple hospital departments?

Yes. Administrators can create unlimited departments with separate prefixes, counters or rooms, and assigned staff so each clinic area runs its own queue.

Does TokenX support doctors and clinical services?

Yes. In Hospital/Clinic mode, you can register doctors with duty hours and clinical services such as lab or pharmacy, assign them to rooms, forward tokens to the right provider, and review per-doctor and per-service reports.

Does TokenX support room and counter calling?

Yes. Callers can direct patients to a room or counter, and the announcer display updates so the waiting area shows the correct destination and provider name.

Is TokenX suitable for outpatient clinics?

Yes. TokenX is designed for clinics and hospitals that need structured patient flow from reception through doctor or service completion.

Can patients get SMS or live status on their phone?

Yes. When SMS is enabled, TokenX can notify patients when a token is issued or called. Patients can also scan a QR code for a live mobile status page.
